Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Michael started his IT career as a programmer in the aerospace industry. He has held many roles in the IT industry including programming, project management, network planning, purchasing and procurement, infrastructure cabling, estimating and business development. Michael is the foundation behind our satisfied clients exemplified by his combination of technical aptitude, strong account management experience and open communication style. He oversees PACE’s top accounts and projects and is part of the research and development team for new products and services. In 2000, Michael founded PACE Technical Services Inc.
Shael is behind PACE’s reputation for professionalism and reliability. Shael oversees PACE’s operations. He created and maintains a structure and procedures that ensure the highest level of accuracy and efficiency, focusing on transparent client communications and accountability.
Shael brings to PACE over 20 years of experience in business administration and operations. His previous roles included senior producer for a New York-based marketing company and director of regional operations for a national chain of music stores. A very active member of the international Managed Service Provider Community, Shael has been recognized several times on MSPMentor’s Top 250 List, identifying the world’s top managed services experts, entrepreneurs and executives.
Our IT Support team provides telephone and remote helpdesk services to our CompleteCare clients from our Markham headquarters. We utilize industry leading software for ticketing, endpoint management and documentation.
Our centralized & cloud services team manages and maintains the core of our client networks and the PACE Cloud. This includes 24/7 monitoring of client networks, patching and software maintenance, as well as security implementation.
Our IT management team is made up of seasoned IT professionals who act as a main point of contact and help our clients from a business perspective with their IT networks. This includes short term and long term planning and budgeting, monthly, quarterly and annual updates, detailed annual reviews, and ongoing consulting and guidance to help our clients make smart IT decisions.
Our projects team assists clients with changes to their infrastructure and are credentialed in many dependencies including Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, and many others. Some typical projects include: server installations/upgrades, server virtualization, office moves, data centre implementation, cloud implementation, small and large workstation rollouts, new office deployment.
