Michael Sugrue

With stellar communication skills and a knack for business support, Michael is the Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder of PACE Technical. Originally from Chicago, Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Technology from Northern Illinois University and started his career as a programmer in the Aerospace industry. He’s held various roles over the last 30 years in programming, project management, network planning, and business development.

Michael’s account management experience and open communication style have been instrumental in building and maintaining PACE's client base. With a breadth of experience in sales and marketing strategy, data analysis, business forecasting and sales process optimization, Michael understands the unique challenges that PACE clients face. Understanding the deep connection between business success and personalized experiences, Michael provides customized training sessions in areas such as cybersecurity, cloud solutions, business applications and more. Michael's commitment to business excellence and creating new opportunities has made him the ultimate business partner and leader here at PACE Technical.

Beyond his professional abilities, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball and golf, and has volunteered for several years coaching baseball and hockey. As a man of musical talent, he also enjoys playing guitar and singing karaoke.
