Mary-Ellen Duncan

Mary-Ellen, aka “Mel”, is our creative Marketing Coordinator with almost a decade of experience in communications, marketing and public relations. She holds an Honors Post-Graduate Certification in Marketing Management from Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Sociology from St. George’s University. Mel's role has proven to be an asset in positioning our organization as a pioneering figure in the industry, and her remarkable contributions are highly esteemed by our team.

Mel's proficiency lies in developing traditional marketing and email campaigns, coordinating educational events for our prospects and clients, and curating relevant end-user content for our website, sales collaterals, and social media. She has deep expertise in lead management, digital marketing, campaign management, graphic design, technical writing, and content development.

Off the clock, Mel is a passionate foodie and travel enthusiast. She’s a proud wife and mom, a self-proclaimed baker and lover of all things sugar and spice.
