The Challenge.
ILC turned to PACE Technical for a hosted service (with maximum uptime) that they could utilize to provide services for their clients throughout Canada. They required a customized solution for collaborating and sharing data with their clients across Canada.
The Solution.
Because the ILC is a regulated organization, the solution needed to be secure and was required to undergo annual security audits by a 3rd party (Deloitte). PACE Technical provided solutions to these issues via a customized MS Sharepoint and secure, private cloud solutions.
The Result.
After a thorough cloud-readiness assessment and application testing, all of the company's systems and applications including MS Office, Quickbooks, Exchange Email, and files were migrated to a PACE Technical Private Cloud. In order to deliver maximum uptime, the solution is protect ed with a second data centre as a failover site should there be an issue with the main data centre. All systems were migrated successfully within the planned timeline and are functioning properly without issue. This solution successfully passed a thorough Deloitte security audit.

PACE also created a customized Sharepoint solution to access files and to allow collaboration for ILC's customers throughout Canada. As there were hundreds of users requiring access across the country, the solution included many customizations for look/feel and ease of use.
