Michael Sugrue
Partner, President
Michael is the foundation behind PACE’s satisfied clients. He brings to his work strong technical skills, account management experience, and a friendly, hands-on style. He is in the know about all PACE projects, and works closely with the whole PACE team to achieve the best results for our clients. Michael directs business development and seeks out opportunities for the company.
In 2000, Michael founded PACE Technical Services Inc. He entered the partnership an extensive background in account management, sales and marketing. He earned his B.S. in Manufacturing Technology at Northern Illinois University.

Shael Risman
Partner, CEO
Shael is behind PACE’s reputation for professionalism and reliability. Shael oversees PACE’s operations. He created and maintains a structure and procedures that ensure the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. He focuses on client communications, and is dedicated to one-on-one relationships with PACE’s CompleteCare IT client base.
In 2004, Shael partnered with Michael Sugrue. He brings to PACE nearly 20 years of experience in business administration and operations. His previous roles included senior producer for a New York-based marketing company and director of regional operations for a national chain of music stores. Shael holds a Combined BA (Hon) in Education and English from York University in Toronto.

Dave Schlecht
Director, Network Infrastructure and Design
Dave oversees PACE’s Network Operations Center. He designs and executes all network-related projects for PACE clients. Dave has designed network environments for many hundreds of users, which gives him a unique insight into what works - and what doesn’t - for small and mid-size businesses. Our client can rest assured that their networks from PACE are the best for their needs.
Dave is a highly experienced network administrator. He has credentials in many sought-after solutions including all Microsoft Server products, Microsoft Exchange Services, Citrix and Panduit. His real-time experience and Microsoft certifications – along with an uncanny ability for network design and implementation - make him an invaluable leader.
Deborah Salsberg
Sales and Marketing
Deborah’s primary responsibility is seeking out companies that could benefit from PACE’s CompleteCare Support Service. Deborah also initiates and executes marketing activities to enhance PACE’s relationship with existing and prospective clients. As the first line of contact, Deborah is committed to excellence in representing the company.
Deborah has a diverse range of skills and experiences working for a wide range of companies in IT, publishing, packaged goods, affinity marketing and non-profit sectors with proven success in sales and marketing, fundraising, advertising and promotion, sponsorship and brand positioning. Her developed abilities in relationship building, communicating and problem-solving make her a valuable asset to the sales team. Deborah holds a BA (Hon) in Linguistics and Psychology from York University and a B Ed from the University of Toronto.
